Principal Real Estate Investors recently acquired the Lincolnshire, Ill.-based Tri-State International Office Center from prior owner Colony Realty Partners.
Steven King, principal, and Christopher Cummins, senior vice president, both with Colliers International|Chicago, were retained by Principal Real Estate to continue leasing the property.
Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services Group was also retained to manage the property. Kelly Morrissey is leading that effort. Tri-State International Office Center is a five-building, 559,204-square-foot Class-A office complex.
