Principle Construction built a new 157,000-square-foot warehouse on an 11.82 acre site located at 850 Asbury Drive in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
The construction company demolished a 55,000-square-foot vacant building to make space for the new facility. The new warehouse features 32-foot clear height ceilings, 36 truck docks, 4 drive-in doors, office space and a paved parking lot for 173 cars.
Michael Long was the principal and Rick Grabowski served as project manager, and Mark and Matt Frane served as superintendent for Principle Construction. Harris Architects, Kimley-Horn and Associates and Ridgeline Property Group were also involved with the project.
