Principle Construction adds Rick Grabowski as senior project manager

Principle Construction Corp. announced that it has hired Richard Grabowski as a senior project manager with the firm.

Grabowski has 36 years of experience in the construction industry. In his new role, he provides oversight for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, job scheduling, customer relations and ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.

Throughout his career, Grabowski has been responsible for numerous projects; totaling more than $250 million, in the pharmaceutical, industrial, manufacturing, religious and entertainment industries.

Some of his former clients have included Cancer Treatment Center of America, College of Lake County, City of Waukegan, the Chicago Bears, AT&T, University of Illinois, U.S. Navy and the Federal Aviation Administration.

Grabowski studied architectural engineering at the Milwaukee School of Engineering and city & urban Planning at Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a certified instructor of AGC Supervisor Training Programs and a director of the Lake County Area Vocational Building Trades Advisory Council. He has also served as president of Lake County Contractors Association and vice chairman of the Mid-America Regional Bargaining Association.
