Principle Construction Corp. recently completed a 184,320-square-foot tenant improvement project within the 444,171-square-foot building located at 1075 W. Taylor Road in Romeoville. The building is located within the Pinnacle Business Center.
Principle was selected by property owner AP Taylor Road LLC to convert the existing 444,171- square-foot single tenant facility into a multiple tenant building.
Current tenants of the facility include FlorStar Sales Inc., which is a flooring distributor providing residential and commercial flooring distribution solutions as well as logistics services. FlorStar actively services retailers and contractors throughout Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
Craig Slinker served as senior project manager and Doug Brucato served as superintendent for Principle Construction Corp. Trevor Ragsdale of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc. was the broker on the project, Glavan Feher Architects provided architectural services and DW Management is the property manager for the building.
