Principle Construction Corp. has completed an expansion and renovation of a Men’s Wearhouse located at 4777 Northwest Highway within Rose Plaza in Crystal Lake. Principle was selected by Location Finders International for the project.
Principle Construction completed the renovation project for Men’s Wearhouse, which also expanded the space by 1,000 square feet, while remodeling the remaining space for U.S. Cellular. The project included the demolition of an existing demising wall as well as removal of millwork, repair of existing ceilings and removal of existing flooring. The project also involved rewiring of both spaces and the construction of a new demising partition as well as interior finishes for each tenant.
