Principle Construction Corp. was selected by DW Management LLC for an additional project at FlorStar Sales Inc. located at 1075 W. Taylor Road within Pinnacle Business Center in Romeoville.
Principle recently completed a 184,320-square-foot tenant improvement project within the 444,171-square-foot building and was enlisted to complete additional exterior renovation work on the property. The project will include extensive paving repairs and complete exterior painting. Plans included the removal and replacement of approximately 11,000 square feet of existing auto parking pavement, installation of 500 LF of underpavement drain tile and repairs to highly active trailer parking areas as well as repainting of the exterior of the entire facility.
The current tenant occupying the 184,220-square-foot space is FlorStar Sales Inc., a flooring distributor providing residential and commercial flooring distribution solutions as well as a logistics services. FlorStar, family owned and operated since 1988, actively services retailers and contractors throughout Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
Craig Slinker will serve as senior project manager and Doug Brucato will serve as superintendent for Principle Construction Corp. AP Taylor Road LLC is the building owner and DW Management is the property manager for the building.
