Principle Construction Corp. was recently selected for a 24,622-square-foot renovation and addition for Subco Foods Inc. located at 1150 Commerce Drive in West Chicago.
Subco Foods Inc. is expanding its operations and selected Principle Construction Corp. to remodel their 3,650-square-foot corporate office space as well as construct their 20,000-square-foot warehouse/food processing addition. The addition project was constructed of a Fabcon precast wall panel system and structural steel framing to provide a clear height of 22 feet 9 inches. Features will include extensive interior stainless steel floor drain, epoxy floor/wall coatings and process MEP piping systems for the process work as well as 10 rooftop skylights to allow for natural lighting. Principle will also complete an additional 972-square-foot storage mezzanine within the company’s existing warehouse.
