Principle Construction Corp. has completed a 10,500-square-foot office expansion for flooring distributor All Tile, Inc. at 855 Wood Dale Avenue in Wood Dale, Illinois. The construction added space to both sides of All Tile’s existing office areas. Also included in the expansion was a 2,107 square foot showroom, 800 square foot tool room and upgrades to all electrical, HVAC and fire alarm systems.
“We look forward to continuing our work with All Tile as their business continues to grow,” said Principle’s president and co-owner James A. Brucato. “It is important for us to be able to maintain and improve buildings for companies like All Tile so that they can maintain and gain value on their facilities.”
Line Work Studio designed the project, while Principle’s Darrin Dehmlow was the project manager and Tom Sterbenz worked as the superintendent. Patrick Dwyer of Prologis served as the Broker on the project.
Principle and All Tile, Inc. are also in the design phase of a second project which includes the renovation of All Tile’s Elk Grove Village facility at 990 Lunt Avenue. The Principle team will demolish the dock and its structures and increase the size of the opening for a drive-in door. They will also install a 40-foot drive-in ramp and a garage door and opener. Principle will modify the rail dock to allow a larger door to fit in the space.
