James A. Brucato and Mark E. Augustyn, owners of Principle Construction Corp., are pleased to announce that their firm has hired Kenneth J. Lattanzi, P.E., LEED AP as Senior Project Manager.
Lattanzi brings with him more than 30 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus in the office, industrial and hospitality fields.
“We are very excited to have Ken on board with us,” stated Mark Augustyn, Chief Operating Officer of Principle Construction Corp. “Ken’s design expertise, construction knowledge and experience will be of significant value to us. We are looking forward to the value he will add to our customer’s experience with Principle.”
In his new role, Lattanzi will be in providing direction for several projects including: Ben’s Rental, a retail build-to-suit in Hodgkins, Illinois and Hwacheon Machinery America, a design-build building renovation and addition in Lincolnshire, Illinois.
