Gene Szpeinski with Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates, has been named the 2015 president of the Michigan Realtors and the Realtor of the Year by the Commercial Board of Realtors.
Szpeinski will begin his one-year term as president on Jan. 1 of 2015.
Szpeinski earned the Realtor of the Year award because of his community involvement, leadership and ethical business practices.
