Prologis broke ground on the final phase of speculative development within its La Porte, Texas, industrial and logistics park, Port Crossing Commerce Center.

Plans call for the addition of 229,000 square feet across two buildings, bringing the park’s total footprint to more than 2.7 million square feet.

Port Crossing Commerce Center boasts a 300-acre campus that offers easy access to Port Houston, major interstate thoroughfares and rail.

Construction is now underway for the final phase of spec development that will consist of two buildings, one of 120,013 square feet and another of 109,214 square feet. The commerce center will eventually feature 11 buildings.

Project will ultimately feature over 2.7M SF of industrial space across 11 buildings.
