Solberg Manufacturing, maker of filtration devices and other machine components, has purchased a 48,517-square-foot industrial building in west suburban Itasca from Prologis.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Sam Durkin, Kurt Sarbaugh and Robin Stolberg represented Prologis in the transaction while Lee & Associates’ Jeff Janda and Mike Plumb represented the buyer.
The building is located on 2 ½ acres in the CMD Industrial Park at 1025 Hilltop Drive in Itasca, just west of Route 53 near the Elgin-O’Hare Expressway.
