Palatine, Illinois-based Proper Title, LLC, a full-service title insurance agency, expanded in Chicago with the opening of a new office at 2323 N. Damen Ave., near the intersection of Fullerton and Damen avenues in the Bucktown neighborhood.
With its new location, Proper Title now has seven offices in Cook, Lake and DuPage counties.
“In less than five years, Proper Title has grown to become the second largest title agency in Illinois, and we think our service-oriented approach is a major reason for this,” said David Garside, executive vice president of title and escrow operations at Proper Title. “Opening this new office in such a convenient location is another way we can make closing easier for our customers.”
The new office, which will open in mid-December, occupies 2,700 square feet on the first floor of the building and includes four closing rooms. With easy access to the Kennedy Expressway, ample street parking and four dedicated indoor parking spaces, the office provides a number of conveniences for clients.
