Proper Title, LLC, a full-service title insurance agency serving the commercial and residential real estate industries, announced its expansion in Northwest Indiana through the opening of a new downtown Valparaiso, Indiana, office and the hiring of two key staff: Natalie Coros, senior escrow coordinator, and Miranda Malone, escrow coordinator.
Located at 175 W. Lincolnway, Suite I, right above Stacks Bar and Grill, the central Valparaiso location brings Proper Title closer to its customers and provides a larger space that replaces a temporary office the title agency opened in the city two years ago. The new office occupies a 1,773-square-foot suite on the second floor and includes two closing rooms, a large reception area and ample free parking.
Coros has more than a decade of experience in the title industry and has advanced skills in title software. Her proficiency with evolving title insurance technology allows her to streamline processes and provide innovative solutions to clients, noted Zawadzki. Malone has eight years of title insurance experience and has garnered deep industry knowledge in recordings, escrow, sales and closing documents.
With the hiring of Coros and Malone, Proper Title now has eight title professionals serving its two Northwest Indiana locations – the new downtown Valparaiso office and an office at 322 Indianapolis Blvd. in Schererville. Account Executive Brittany Herbert serves as Proper Title’s main contact and lead salesperson for Northwest Indiana.
The new Valparaiso location marks Proper Title’s second office outside of Illinois and its 14th closing location.
