Proper Title, LLC, a full-service title insurance agency serving the residential and commercial real estate industries, recently welcomed more than 100 real estate agents, lawyers and other industry professionals to the grand opening celebration of its new office in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood at 2323 North Damen, near the intersection of Fullerton and Damen Avenues. The Bucktown location brings the title insurance agency’s number of offices to seven, covering Cook, Lake and DuPage Counties.
David Garside, executive vice president of title and escrow operations at Proper Title, attributes the company’s expansion to its focus on client service. “We have grown to become the second largest title insurance agency in Illinois because we know that every detail of the closing process matters to clients, from having ample staffing and expertise on site during closing to providing everyday comforts like reading glasses, charging stations and snacks,” said Garside. “When it came time to open a new office, we knew conveniences like easy parking and a great location in proximity to mass transit and an expressway—like what we offer in the Bucktown location—would make a difference with clients, which contributes to our mission of providing exceptional customer service.”
Attendees enjoyed refreshments and live music while touring the 2,700-square-foot office that includes four closing rooms featuring local photography. The Bucktown space also has a large office for closing staff, four dedicated indoor parking spaces and ample street parking.
