Indianapolis-based Milhaus‘ Rachel Keller has won Bronze Property Manager of the Year at the 2025 Multi-Housing News Excellence Awards.
The award recognizes Keller’s exceptional leadership, innovative property management strategies, and commitment to resident satisfaction at Ora Apartments in North Kansas City, Missouri. The MHN Excellence Awards program celebrates top performers in the multifamily housing industry each year.
Over the last year, Keller has successfully orchestrated over 524 property and apartment tours. In her time with Milhaus, she has successfully led four new Kansas City apartment community openings, bringing each from development to full occupancy, including Ora, Marcato, Artistry, and Switch, showcasing her exceptional property management skills.
A graduate of the Milhaus Leadership Academy, Keller enhanced her professional expertise and, through mentorship, has helped multiple team members advance to Assistant Property Manager roles. Keller’s collaborative leadership style and calm handling of high-stress situations have made her an invaluable resource since joining the organization in 2018.
