Protein Bar, a Chicago-based healthy, fast-casual restaurant chain, has hired Jill-ann Painter as its new director of real estate.
In her new role, Jill-ann will be responsible for defining and executing the expansion strategy for Protein Bar across its three current markets – Chicago, Denver, and D.C. – and as it expands to additional markets in the future. By providing a detailed market analysis, Jill-ann is able to recommend the market by market expansion strategy that will best prepare the brand for continued success. She sources real estate through her broad developer and broker network and negotiates all real estate related contracts.
