Prudential Mortgage Company recently closed a $26 million Freddie Mac loan to Edwards Companies for the refinance of Arlington Park Apartments in Hilliard, Ohio.
The apartment community is made up of 284 units. The apartment community’s units include granite countertops, nickel hardware and lake views. Amenities include a swimming pool, movie theater, business center, 24-hour emergency-maintenance service, valet dry cleaning and game room.
Chuck Meyer, a principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, led the transaction.
