PVG Trucking has leased 11,160 square feet at SunGate Park, 5410 West Roosevelt Rd. in Chicago. The company is relocating its operations from Elk Grove Village location to SunGate Park, which allows them to expand and be more centrally located to the people they serve.
Jim Milten of A. Jules Milten represented the Tenant in the lease transaction and Mark Slakter represented Shetland Properties in finalizing the lease agreement at SunGate Park.
