Bob Chalupa, senior vice president of Q10|Daisley Ruff Financial, recently arranged a $5 million permanent loan for a 63-unit phase of the Pinhook Flats Apartment Community in the Aksarben Village area of Omaha.
The rate is fixed for 10 years at 4 percent.
The loan was closed at the completion of construction. The property has just reached 90 percent lease-up.
