Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of 6.73 acres of land located in Gurnee, Illinois adjacent to Route 41 and Delany Road. The land sold for $3.27 a square foot.
The buyer is a logistics company based out of Chicago. The seller is a local investor, also located in Chicago. Jason Caplan, senior vice president of Quantum, represented the buyer in the transaction.
“This location is the ideal site for my client’s new corporate headquarters,” Caplan said. “Immediate access to both Route 41 and I-94 minimizes potential traffic congestion and facilitates immediate access to my client’s national customer base.”
