Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. brokered the sale of a dual-tenant net-leased retail building in Downers Grove, Ill. to a local investment company based in Chicago.
The property was renovated in 1999 and leased to Sprint and Back To Bed. The property is an outlot to The Grove Shopping Center which is anchored by Kohl’s and Baby’s R Us/Toys R Us and located on the northwest corner of 75th Street and Lemont Road.
