Quantum Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of a multi-tenant retail building at 5878-5991 Central St. in Portage, Indiana. The property sold for $1.235 million.
At the time of the sale, the property was leased to a mix of national and local tenants including Ace Hardware, The Paint Studio and Village Carpet & Tile.
The buyer was a private real estate investor based in the Chicago area. The seller was an acquisition and development company also from the Chicago area.
