Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. brokered the $1.78 million sale of a 13,915-square-foot multi-tenant retail center located at 11620 Catalpa Lane in Woodstock, Illinois.
The site is 80% occupied to both national and regional tenants, which includes: Great Clips, Benjamin F. Edwards & Co., Anytime Fitness, and Lucky Bernie’s. A private real estate investor based in northern suburbs of Chicago purchased the property from the seller, a Chicago-based investment group.
