Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a single-tenant building located at 1050 S. Lake Street in Aurora, Illinois. The 82,500-square-foot property sold for $4,600,000 and was leased to Anco Steel Company at the time of sale.
The buyer was an investment fund based in Austin, Texas and the seller is a prominent business owner based in suburban Chicago. Jack Farritor, vice president of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, represented the seller in the transaction.
“This property was sold off-market. It was an all-cash deal and closed in 45 days,” Farritor said. “The owner approached Quantum to facilitate disposition. We were pleased to use our network to satisfy the seller’s expectations. Our team worked diligently to procure a half-dozen offers. We then confidently executed for our seller by presenting a quality all-cash buyer.”
