Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the $2,950,000 sale of a multi-tenant retail building located at 5101-5149 S. Cicero Avenue in Chicago. The 19,289-square-foot building is fully leased to a strong mix of national and regional tenants including Dollar Tree, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless and more.

Chad Firsel, president of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. represented the seller and purchaser in the transaction. The buyer is a private real estate investor based in Charlotte, North Carolina while the seller was a prominent acquisition and development company based in Chicago.

“The buyer was able to acquire a strategic location within one of the prime corners within the submarket, two blocks from Midway Airport, at a low basis,” Firsel said. “The property has excellent historical occupancy and the tenants continue to thrive. This center is sure to be a solid investment for years to come.”
