Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a single-tenant retail building located at 545 Rockland Road, Lake Bluff, Illinois. The 3,799-square-foot, single-tenant building sold for $1,575,000.
The property is leased to Sherwin-Williams on an original 10-year lease. The buyer was a private real estate investor based in the northern suburbs of Chicago. The seller was a prominent acquisition and development company from the Chicagoland area.
“The buyer was able to acquire a newer Sherwin-Williams paint store that was a relocation from a nearby successful site,” said Chad Firsel, president of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc., who represented the seller in the transaction.
