Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a multi-tenant retail center located at 2418-2426 S. Cicero Avenue, Cicero, Illinois. The property sold for $2,300,000. At the time of sale, the property was 100 percent occupied by both national and regional tenants including: MetroPCS, Oportun, Fred Loya, Titan Personnel and others.
The buyer was a private real estate investor based in the Chicagoland area. The seller was a prominent acquisition and development company from Chicago. Chad Firsel, president of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. represented the seller and purchaser in the transaction.
