Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a dual-tenant retail building located at 2900 Colorado Avenue in Joliet, Illinois. The property, which sold for $2,700,000, is located in the heart of a major retail corridor, and directly across from Louis Joliet Mall.
At the time of sale, the property was 100 percent occupied by Dollar Tree and Osaka Hibachi Grill & Sushi. The buyer is a private real estate investor based in New York City. The seller was a prominent acquisition and development company from Chicago. Chad Firsel, president of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. represented the seller and purchaser in the transaction.
“The buyer was able to acquire a strategic location within one of the prime corners within the sub-market at a low basis,” Firsel said. “The property has excellent historical occupancy and the tenants continue to thrive. This center is sure to be a solid investment for years to come.”
