Quantum Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of a 19,945-square-foot, multi-tenant retail shopping center located at 1742-1768 N. Milwaukee Avenue in Libertyville, Illinois. The property, anchored by Sushi Thai and Great Clips, sold for $2.9 million.
This is the second multi-tenant retail building in Libertyville that Quantum has sold in 2020. The buyer is a local private real estate investor and the seller is a local property owner from Chicago. Jason Lenhoff, senior vice president of Quantum, represented the seller in the transaction.
“Adler Square is such a tremendous property that offers so much to an investor. This property is well located, has solid tenants and superior demographics. Libertyville is one of the best suburban markets in the Chicago metro area,” Lenhoff said. “The sale of this property signifies that even during a time of uncertainty, that well-located and well-tenanted, multi-tenant properties will be highly sought after by investors.”
