Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a single-tenant building at 3040 Fulton Road in Cleveland.
The 7,489-square-foot property sold for more than $1.6 million and was leased to Dollar General at the time of sale. The buyer was an institutional investment firm out of Los Angeles. The seller was a national developer based in Birmingham, Alabama.
Jack Farritor, vice president of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc., represented the seller in the transaction.
