Quantum Real Estate Advisors brokered the sale of a multi-tenant building at 1950 Kessler Blvd. in Indianapolis.
The 5,936-square-foot property sold for more than $1.9 million. It was leased to Starbucks, Verizon and Subway at the time of sale.
The buyer was an investment group in Washington, D.C. The seller was a national developer based in Phoenix.
Jack Farritor, vice president of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, represented both sides in the transaction.
