Quantum Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of a multi-tenant retail building at 804 S. Elmhurst Road in Des Plaines, Ill. The property sold for $710,000.
The property is shadow-anchored by a Jewel-Ocso and Fifth Third Bank. The seller was a local real estate investor in Bartlett, Illinois, while the buyer was a private real estate investor based out of Northbook, Illinois.
Chad Firsel, president of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, was the sole broker in the transaction.
