Quantum Real Estate Advisors recently brokered the sale of a single-tenant retail property at 4927 Main St. in Spring Hill, Tennessee.
The property was built for Tire Discounters, which signed a 20-year lease. The property is located in front of the Shoppes at Campbell Station, a retail center that includes Petco, Aldi, Marshalls and Dollar Tree.
The property sold for $2.6 million. Daniel Waszak, senior vice president of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, represented the buyer.
