Quantum Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of a freestanding Walgreens in Louisville.
The property had a long-term lease with more than 24 years remaining. The property sold for $7.78 million.
Jordan Kaufman, executive vice president, and Dan Waszak, senior vice president, with Quantum Real Estate Advisors, represented the buyer in this transaction, a private individual based in New York.
