Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has arranged the sale of a 26,864 square foot retail complex for $9,550,000 that has three buildings— Woods Creek Commons, 750-790 South Randall Road in Algonquin, IL.
Tenants in the multi-tenant retail center consist of: ATI Physical Therapy, Supercuts, GameStop, Pie Five Pizza, Mattress Firm, Starbucks Coffee, Massage Envy and Soma Medi Spa.
The properties are an out-lot to the Woodscreek Shopping Center, a 400,000 square foot center anchored by Super Target, Kohl’s, Michael’s, HomeGoods and other national and regional retailers.
The seller was a local development group based in Illinois and the buyer was a private real estate investor based in Wisconsin. Chad Firsel, President of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. was the sole broker in this transaction.
