Stephen Lieberman and Paul Tesdal, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Downtown Chicago office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local private investor. The buyer, also local to the immediate area, was secured and represented by Paul Tesdal and Stephen Lieberman.
The property, 1941-2019 Johns Drive, is a combined two building portfolio investment that was built in 1980. This one-story multi-tenant asset comprises 68,075 rentable square feet and is currently operating at 81% occupancy.
