Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a 14,806 square foot shopping center located at the Northeast Corner of 24th and Pulaski Streets, Chicago, IL. The property was sold for $3,750,000. The shopping center was 100% occupied at time of closing. The Seller was a local development group that developed this green roof, all-brick multi-tenant shopping center. The buyer was an individual from New York City who was conducting a 1031 Starker Exchange. Chad Firsel, President of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. represented the both the Buyer and the Seller.
Mr. Firsel had the following comments regarding the transaction, “This sale happened very quickly from the time we got the listing. We had multiple offers from both local and national investors.
