Quantum Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of the 17,790-square-foot University Square, a retail center at 115 South Highway 46 Bypass in Bloomington, Ind.
The property sold for $5.75 million.
The shopping center was completely occupied at the time of the closing. Tenants include American Mattress, Great Clips, Starbucks and other local and regional tenants. The seller was a local development group in Chicago.
Chad Firsel, president of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.
