Quantum Real Estate Advisors brokered the sale of a single-tenant medical office building at 999 N. Main St. in Akron, Ohio. The property sold for $970,000.
At the time of the sale, the property was 100 percent occupied by BrightView Health, a behavioral health clinic specializing in the treatment of opioid addiction. The buyer was a private real estate investor based in Tennessee. The seller was an acquisition and development company in Chicago.
