Quantum Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of a multi-tenant retail property at 200-218 S. Milwaukee in the Chicago suburb of Libertyville, Illinois.
The property sold for $2.255 million, and is fully leased to national and regional tenants. The tenant mix includes Randstad, @Properties, Pizza Italia, Bite 9, Village Cleaners and Lovely Nails.
Chad Firsel, president of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, was the sole broker in the deal.
