Quantum Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of a single-tenant Portillo’s in Merrillville, Indiana, for $2.5 million.
The property is about 10,058 square feet on 1.31 acres.
The site is located within the Southlake Mall super-regional trade area of Merrillville. The seller was an investment and development group based in Illinois. The buyer was a Chicago-based investor completing a 1031 exchange.
Chad Firsel, president of Quantum, and Daniel Waszak, senior vice president, represented the buyer.
