Quantum Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of a portfolio of three single-tenant medical buildings in Ashtabula, Warren and Wilmington, Ohio.
The portfolio sold for $1.85 million. The properties at the time of sale were 100 percent occupied by Brightview Health, a behavioral health clinic specializing in the treatment of opioid addiction.
The buyer was a private real estate investor based in Tennessee. The seller is a local real estate investment and development copmany.
Chad Firsel, president of Quantum, and Jason Lenhoff, executive vice president of Quantum, represented the seller.
