Quantum Real Estate Advisors brokered the sale of the Shops at Valle Green, a multi-tenant retail center at 1171 E. Dayton Yellow Springs Road in Fairborn, Ohio.
The 5,000-square-foot property sold for $1.21 million.
The property is fully leased to a mix of national and local tenants, including Great Clips, Verizon and Hot Head Burritos.
Both Daniel Waszak and Zack Hilgendorf with Quantum Real Estate Advisors represented the seller in this transaction.
