The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that its chairman, John W. Daniels Jr., will receive the 2013 “Entrepreneur of the Year Award” from the National Black MBA Association.
The award will be presented at the 35th Annual Conference & Exposition on Sept. 11 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston. The conference is expected to attract more than 8,000 participants and 450 corporate executives.
The “Entrepreneur of the Year” award honors business leaders who own and lead businesses that service and support the enrichment of the African-American community on a local, regional or national level.
