International commercial real estate services firm Studley represented Quest Software in its 19,288-square-foot lease consolidation at 975 Weiland Road in Buffalo Grove.

Quest reduced its overall suburban footprint by more than 50 percent by moving its 18,799-square-foot Hoffman Estates operations, located at 2300 Barrington Road, to its 21,677-square-foot Buffalo Grove location. An additional 2,398 square feet was given back to the landlord bringing the total square footage at 975 Weiland Road to 19,288.

“Several options in both the North and Northwest submarkets were considered,” said Studley Senior Managing Director Kevin McLennan. “But we quickly determined that consolidating at the existing facility made the most economic sense.”

McLennan, along with Richard Schuham, represented Quest in the transaction. Elise Couston of Paine Wetzel represented ownership.
