R2 Companies has purchased Matrix Financial Partnership, LLC‘s 38,500-square-foot industrial property at 3721 Chase Avenue in Skokie, Illinois. R2 plans to redevelop the building for mixed-use retail and industrial uses on the 1.48-acre land.
“The full project for this conglomerate of three manufacturing companies included the purchase of a larger facility for their manufacturing businesses, renting a small building for one of their sister companies, and the selling of two buildings that they have owned for over 20 years,” said Darwin’s Dan Prendergast, who represented Matrix Financial Partnership, LLC.
