Ragnar Benson Construction LLC has started construction for building modifications of an additional 20,000 square feet in an ARAMARK Corp. building at 2500 Warrenville Road, Downers Grove.
A local tenant will expand their space in the class B building, and will take occupancy of the additional space in February 2012. Working on the project from Ragnar Benson Construction are Brad Tomky, project manager; Chris Grzynkowicz, superintendent; and Scott Solverson, manager of business development. Whitney is the architect, and Jack Ramm & Associates is the engineering firm.
