Rainier Realty Investments acquired two office buildings totaling 178,300 square feet in Frankfort, Kentucky. The adjacent buildings are located five miles from the Kentucky State Capitol and are fully occupied by agencies of the State of Kentucky.
Rainier’s state and federal government-leased property transactions have included more than 1.5 million square feet in 19 states, including the recently completed California Highway Patrol Communications Center in Chico, California, and the new Frankfort acquisition.
“Rainier’s Capital Complex investment expands our growing government-leased real estate portfolio and we look forward to providing the same high level of service as the previous owner to these State of Kentucky tenants,” said Rainier principal Danny Lovell in a statement.
