Randolph Street Realty Capital LLC paid $14.3 million for a 36-unit multifamily property at 1819 W Division Street in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood.

Situated on the corner of Division and Honore, the newly completed vacant property contains 9,000 square feet of retail and 36 parking spaces.

KIG‘s Principal and Managing Broker Susan Tjarksen and Managing Partner Todd Stofflet represented the buyer, Randolph Street Realty Capital LLC. The developer and seller was Smithfield Properties LLC.

Todd Stofflet, KIG’s Managing Partner, said the buyer had the opportunity to buy the asset vacant and execute their own lease-up strategy.
